Sony RX0 M2

The Sony RX0 M2 — also written as the RX0 II, RX0 2, RX0M2 or DSC-RX0M2 — is an ultra-compact, ultra-tough minicam built around a 1.0-type stacked Exmor RS sensor and a ZEISS Tessar T* 24mm-equivalent F4 lens. It records 4K internally with S-Log2 and captures super-slow-motion at up to 1000fps, delivering genuine production-grade images from a body just 59mm wide that is waterproof to 10m, shockproof from 2m and crushproof to 200kg.

Its size and durability make it a favourite crash cam and POV camera for drama, motoring and action sequences, and it excels in vehicle rigs, fixed rigs and discreet setups where larger cameras can’t go. Multiple RX0 II bodies can be controlled together wirelessly for multi-angle arrays, and a tilting LCD makes solo framing quick on set.
