Jan Lisiecki enlisted the help of TX technology to bring a new digital twist to the orchestration of an updated version of the ‘Bristol Proms’, honouring the original Bristol Proms staged at Bristol Old Vic in the 1840’s.
18-year-old piano virtuoso, Jan Lisiecki, found himself surrounded by a host of HD remote-control Bradley PTZ cameras, a virtual reality camera (Microsoft Kinect) and various slow-motion cameras. The whole system provided an incredible visual background that complimented Jan’s masterful renditions of Chopin. The presentation included slow-motion video of the keys being struck, water glasses vibrating and massive wireframe models projected above the piano.
