Last night, Channel 4 broadcast “The Fried Chicken Shop: Life in a Day” in which the shop ‘Roosters Spot’ in Clapham was rigged with several cameras (Cameras and Tech supplied by TX through The Complete Camera Company) to explore the many goings on in a Fried Chicken Shop that’s open 17 hours a day.
